Delivery to all of families on Sunday December 22nd from 7:00am-10:30am. This is our delivery day for all packages for the nominated families.
We start the day at Okotoks Sobeys at an assigned time, we offer you a family grocery list (approx 1-3 families depending here you are willing to deliver to/travel), you will fill your shopping cart with your list of items, then BCO will pay for the groceries. You will then go to our BCO/Santa’s Workshop (location TBA) to get the toys and pie for the nominated family, then you deliver to them in the foothills that morning. After all if complete, you will take a picture of the location and send us a confirmation text it is complete.
Time commitment for this volunteer task depends on area you're driving to, number of families you're delivering for and if there are any special requirements.
***Please note there is a waiting period in-line at Sobey's the morning of - as all groceries must be put through a single till. (This is a great time to visit with other volunteers)
